1. Introduction
Welcome to HFragrances. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and merchants.
2. Eligibility
By using this site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or are using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
3. Order Acceptance & Pricing
Pricing: All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice.
Errors: In the event of a technical error where a product is listed at an incorrect price, HFragrances reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for that product.
Order Confirmation: Your receipt of an order number does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability or suspicion of fraud.
4. Payment & Taxation
Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Credit/Debit Cards, and mobile wallets (JazzCash/EasyPaisa).
Sales Tax: In accordance with the Finance Bill 2025-26, all digital orders are subject to applicable sales tax. For COD orders, the 2% non-adjustable sales tax is handled via our courier partners as per FBR regulations.
5. Shipping & Dangerous Goods Handling
Since our perfumes contain alcohol, they are classified as flammable materials.
Ground Only: We ship exclusively via ground couriers within Pakistan to comply with safety laws.
Delivery Timelines: Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days for major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad) and 5–7 business days for other regions.
Verification: For high-value orders, our team may call you for telephonic verification before dispatch.
6. Return, Leaks, and Exchanges
Hygiene Policy: Due to the nature of fragrance products, we cannot accept returns on opened or sprayed bottles unless the product is defective.
Transit Damage: If your bottle arrives leaking or broken, you must notify us via WhatsApp or Email within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Exchanges: Exchanges are only applicable for unopened products in their original shrink-wrapped packaging.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including the HFragrances logo, scent descriptions, and product imagery—is the exclusive property of HFragrances. Any unauthorized use or "scraping" of our content is a violation of Pakistan’s Intellectual Property laws and PECA 2016.
8. Limitation of liability's
HFragrances shall not be liable for any skin reactions or allergies. We provide a full list of ingredients/notes on our packaging; we strongly recommend a patch test before full application. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Lahore]
